I hereby acknowledge that the establishment of a Special Ratings Area known as the MEUIP, an area bordered by Peter Mokaba (Ridge) Road, Springfield Road, King Dinuzulu, Berea Road Problem Mkize Road was discussed and voted upon, through a round robin resolution. I confirm that we collectively:

Had the opportunity of studying the business plan which sets out the services and activities to be provided in order to improve and upgrade the precinct.

Understand that we will be liable for the payment of an additional rate the calculations of which has been explained to the owners and paid to, the eThekwini Municipality each month.

Understand that the additional rate randage for each year will be determined by the Municipality in accordance with a budget approved at the Musgrave Essenwood UIP AGM.

Consent to the process of personal information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, no. 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and consent to our personal information being processed by the Musgrave Ratepayers and Residents Association (MRPA), the Musgrave Essenwood UIP non-profit company (UIP ME) and other statutory bodies.
