Subscription Fee:
By registering, you agree to pay a monthly subscription fee. If payment isn’t
received within 30 days, your portal access will be suspended
until all outstanding fees are settled. You must provide a valid email address
and a password, which we will securely store. Each User must only create one account,
which is not transferable.
Content Standards:
Community organizations must ensure all submitted information is accurate and
respectful. Vulgar, defamatory or abusive language is strictly prohibited;
we reserve the right to remove such content without notice. Posting of personal
infomation violating POPIA will not be allowed. You are fully responsible for activity
conducted under your login. You agree not to; Share your login credentials. Post false,
defamatory, hateful, harassing, or illegal content. Share copyrighted material without
permission. Engage in spam, solicitations, or impersonation. Violations may result in
suspension, termination, or legal action.

and in compliance with POPIA. You may request access, correction, or deletion of
your data at any time. We do not sell or rent your personal data. Our data is safely
stored in a GDPR-Compliant database. Data from public posts and updates
can be used for anayltics and trends and will only be shared with relevant municipal
authorities or service providers for issue resolution, and Law enforcement or regulatory
bodies, if legally required. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures
to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction. We
reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically, registered users will be made
aware of these changes via email.
